Each time a potential patient expresses interest in Widex, we email the closest provider — you!

When you receive a lead, contact the lead within 48 business hours and provide feedback when prompted, so you can keep receiving leads in the future. It’s that simple!

HOW TO ACCEPT LEADS

Accepting a lead is easy.  You will receive an email notifying you of the new lead. The lead will be exclusively yours for 48 hours. You can accept the lead right from your email. Once the lead is accepted you will see the lead details. Learn how to do this by watching the video.

MANAGING YOUR LEADS

Providing lead status is crucial to the success of the lead program. This will help us to provide quality leads to your practice and optimize our ad spend and increase revenue. Learn how to do this by watching the video.
48 hours from the time the lead is acquired. The lead time will be paused if after business hours until the next business day. Weekends are paused as well. If a lead is not accepted in this time, it will move to the next closest clinic. 
Leads are routed via geocoding of the address from the requester. If there are no other clinics in the area, you may get a lead that is 50 miles away.
This is because the lead was requested via the “find a provider” map on the website and the clinic selected missed the lead time frame.

An email will be sent every three days asking what the status of the lead is. If an appointment is made, an email will be sent three days after that date. 
In the lead details, you can see the URL under source of where the lead originated from.
Most likely, we don’t have a primary contact on your account. Please reach out to your sales rep to update. The lead roster is updated quarterly. 
Unfortunately, we can only route leads to one email address at this time. Perhaps a routing email or a email rule could be the solution.
