Dr. Lindsey Koble is the owner of Audiology Always in Auburn, IN. Lindsey attended Purdue University for her undergraduate studies (Boiler Up!) and then went on to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to obtain her Doctor of Audiology degree. Lindsey graduated with her Au.D. in 2017. Her first job out of school was at a large ENT clinic in Fort Wayne, IN. She then went on to work for a hearing aid manufacturer as the regional sales manager for Indiana.

Lindsey opened Audiology Always in April of 2023. Her favorite part of audiology is adult hearing aid dispensing and tinnitus management, however, she is excited to offer a wide range of services at her practice as the business grows. Lindsey is married to a lifelong friend, Trace, and has 1 daughter, Francie. As a family, they like weekend getaways and big vacations!

Dr. Elly Pourasef completed her Bachelor of Science as well as Doctorate of Audiology degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been seeing patients since 2003 and loves what she does! She believes that one of the most important aspects of what she does is counseling, and taking the time to answer any questions or concerns that the patients might have, and now she has the luxury of doing that since she is in private practice.  

Dr. Elly has a sweet daughter and step daughter, an adorable Shihtzu, and a husband whom she adores. She loves expressing her personality and love of audiology in the form of social media posts, and has gone viral (hundreds of millions of views) for showcasing audiology content such as earwax removals. Dr. Elly does not shy away from representing audiology on a bigger scale, and has been featured on many things including Bravo TV's Married to Medicine Houston.

Auris Practice Solutions

Dr. Hope Lanter is a nationally recognized audiologist, storyteller, and advocate forging new paths in hearing health. Raised just outside Winston-Salem, NC, she spent childhood days with her grandparents and even ran a roadside vegetable stand at age 12. When her grandmother first tried hearing aids and remarked she’d forgotten clocks even ticked, Dr. Hope knew her journey was calling.  

In her role as Director of Clinical Operations at Auris Practice Solutions, Dr. Hope combines strategic vision with heart — developing sustainable, patient-centered models that bring audiology into high-quality clinical settings. She blends expertise with empathy — using technology and storytelling to make hearing care feel human again.  

At her core, Hope is also a mom, a DIY-er, an avid traveler, and a lover of live music — passions that fuel her creativity, connection, and energy beyond the clinic.  

Elevate Audiology

Dr. Alexandra Tarvin, Au.D., is the founder of Elevate Audiology and a dedicated audiologist specializing in hearing disorders, hearing aids, and tinnitus management. She earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. 

A certified member of the American Tinnitus Association, Dr. Tarvin is active in professional organizations and advocates for improved access to audiology services at both state and federal levels. She helped establish a clinic at Samaritan Health Center in Pickens County, expanding care to underserved communities. 

Honored in 2017 by the Academy of Doctors of Audiology for her advocacy, Dr. Tarvin is also a published researcher and frequent conference presenter. Originally from Queens, NY, she now lives in Greenville, SC with her family and enjoys crafting, DIY projects, and 3D printing.

Hi, I’m Mel. 

I love people, hearing, technology, and connection. I’ve been an audiologist for over 13 years and have experienced the hearing healthcare world from many perspectives, from research labs and medical settings to educational audiology, private practice, and the hearing aid manufacturing side. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: I love helping people reconnect to their world through better hearing. 

That’s why I created BLUEMOTH. I wanted to build a place where consumers lead their own hearing wellness journey, guided by audiologists but without the pressure or formality of a clinic. Our model combines professional oversight with convenience, freedom, and choice. 

My goal is to make hearing something to take pride in, not something to hide.
