I’m am very much enjoying my Widex fittings! Any problems I’m having are easily solved in the software, with acoustic modifications, or counseling. Patients are happy with the quality of sound and I’ve had ZERO connection issues with the phones.

Thought you would like to hear that this patient was a previous (undisclosed manufacturer) user. They were her first pair of hearing aids, which she loved for a long time in combo with her streamer. I fit her with the demos you sent me 2 weeks ago. She told me today that eliminating the streamer and the improvement in her hearing has made her feel like a normal person again. These are the comments that keep me going.

It was exciting to see the learning that had occurred in my patient’s new EVOKE Hearing Instruments via Sound Sense Adapt. After using the Instruments and the preference control for two weeks, the patient came in for their Hearing Instrument check. I was amazed and impressed that, in that short time, the Instrument not only learned but adapted automatically to his behavior in each of the sound classes. It is a particularly valuable feature since this patient, as a new user, will be traveling to Europe and will not be able to return for several weeks for fine tuning.The confidence in knowing the Instrument will continue to both “learn” and adapt not only addresses audibility in these environments but also comfort.
