MySound includes two different AI-driven methods of sound personalization accessed via the Moment app on user’s smartphone.
My Guide is a feature in the Moment app designed to help you get the most out of your patient's hearing aids. With My Guide, hearing aid wearers get advice in the form of step-by-step instructions, videos, and short courses that will help with everything from turning hearing aids on to personalising the sound.

All other models use the Widex Tonelink app, which lets you simply and discreetly adjust key functions such as volume and programs. Tonelink does not feature SoundSense Learn, which guides you to personalized hearing.
