WIDEX LAUNCH NEXT GENERATION AUDIOLOGY INITIATIVE

Launching in December 2023, Widex Next Generation events will offer an opportunity for young audiologists entering into the industry to gain unique and valuable insights into Widex UK & Ireland, and the wider industry.

“We are committed to promoting excellence and future longevity within the audiology industry and we recognise the importance of investing in young audiologists joining the industry. Widex Next Generation is a unique opportunity for young audiologists to get ahead of the game and gain valuable insights which we have acquired through our years of experience in the industry,” said Lewis Chisnall, Head of Widex UK and Ireland.

“Having spoken to family-run independent businesses, we understand some of the challenges they face. It is always important to us that we do what we can to support independent businesses to grow and thrive. We are in a unique position to be able to offer young audiologists entering the industry the knowledge and wisdom we have learned from those who have gone before them, to help them provide the very best possible care for those living with hearing loss,” Lewis continued.

The sessions will be hosted by Widex’ own ‘next generation’ of talent, under the guidance of their experienced management team, to provide opportunities for their own employees to gain valuable experience and networking opportunities, as well as those audiologists they will soon be working with.

These events come at the end of a busy year for Widex UK and Ireland, which has seen them partnering with Anglia Ruskin University and the Audiology Academy, all part of Widex’ continued commitment to promoting excellence within the industry, and providing a premium experience for Widex Customers and wearers of their products.
